10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability, prices, and offers displayed on the Website are subject to change and are valid only while stocks last. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product availability and to replenish inventory regularly. However, certain colours or sizes may become unavailable before an order is processed.
Moreover, certain products may display natural variations in materials, such as grain, texture, knots, or color differences. These natural characteristics are inherent to the materials used and form part of the unique appearance of each product.
11. PRICING
All prices listed on the Website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of shipping charges and applicable taxes.
The rate of sales tax that applies to an order depends on the delivery address. Applicable federal, provincial, and Québec sales taxes are calculated and displayed prior to the completion of the order, in accordance with applicable law.
Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. If an item is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse the affected order, including after having sent an order confirmation. In such cases, you will be notified and no charges will be applied or will be refunded, as applicable.
12. ORDER PROCESSING
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation confirming receipt of your order, along with the availability and price of each item. All orders are subject to such order confirmation. If an item ordered is no longer available for shipment, we may cancel the affected order or part of the order and notify you accordingly. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
All shipments of our products are governed by our Shipping Policy and all returns & refunds of products are governed by our Return Policy.
13. PAYMENT
Payment for Products is required at the time the order is placed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us, through Shopify and its payment providers, to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and any disclosed delivery fees.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website, Services and all content made available on it, including text, images, graphics, videos, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website and its content for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use, including browsing the Website and purchasing our products, in accordance with these Terms.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to claims arising from our own acts or omissions and does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be in breach of these Terms for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events include, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of government or public authorities, labour disruptions, transportation or supply chain interruptions, public health emergencies, failures of utilities or telecommunications networks, armed conflict, political violence or civil unrest.
During a Force Majeure Event, our performance under the affected order will be suspended for the duration of the event, and the time for performance will be extended accordingly. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the Force Majeure Event and to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of delays caused by a Force Majeure Event.
17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, the Website, or the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec, in accordance with applicable law.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies or legal notices expressly referenced in them or posted on the Website, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings relating to that subject matter.
